Slot Cancellation and Refund Guidelines

Last-Minute Cancellations: Any cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a non-refundable Total Purchase Amount (TPA) if paid in full.

Refund Processing: Refunds for ticket purchases will be processed within 1 to 3 days post-sale.
